The Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts has announced the return of its summer youth programming, offering a series of intensive camps ranging from circus skills to Broadway audition prep.
The 2026 season features morning sessions held at the Fairfield University Store and afternoon sessions at the Quick Center. Programs are designed for children ages 8 and up, focusing on building confidence and creative expression.
Morning intensives include an “Introduction to Acting and Improvisation” from July 13–17, and “Step Right Up! An Introduction to Circus Skills” from Aug. 10–14. The circus program introduces students to stilts, juggling, and the tight wire.
Afternoon offerings feature “Singing for the Stage,” led by a Juilliard-trained soprano, with sessions tailored for different age groups in late July. An “Acting and Audition Prep” intensive, scheduled for Aug. 3–6, will help students prepare for film, stage, and voice-acting opportunities.
While the popular Missoula Children’s Theatre residency sessions are currently full, the Quick Center is maintaining a waiting list for its six-week run of productions, which includes “The Tortoise and the Hare” and “Aladdin.”
Registration can be completed online at the Quick Center website or through the Box Office at 203-254-4010.
